German-born fine art painter Ernesto Heen lives and works near the city of Hamburg in northern Germany.
Years spent living in France and England have had a profound influence on his artistic sensibility and international outlook. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong network of fellow artists, gallerists, and collectors who have played a significant role in his artistic development.
Ernesto is also actively engaged in teaching and mentoring others in painting and drawing, activities he promotes through his educational platform Artinuum.
Since 2021, his working studio has been located in the town center of Itzehoe in Schleswig-Holstein.
In 2025, Ernesto wrote his first novel, Stüssers, which is available in bookstores.
